This program will require discipline to make it a part of your routine. You have to designate time each day to work on the program together.
Make sure that you have a conversation with the other adults that spend quality time with the children and make them aware of your intentions.
I do not make the assumption that everyone will be able to use all aspects of the program. You will be able to figure out what parts will work for you and what will not.

Sometimes starting new programs and making changes can be very overwhelming which may sadly lead to discouragement and giving up.

There is a 10-Day Caregiver Challenge that needs to be completed before beginning the PointSmart program. It can be done on it's own, but works together daily with the online course. A few areas we'll look at will be: having fun, embracing differences, atmosphere, consistency and positive words.
This challenge uses self-reflection to ensure we're modeling examples we want our children to follow. This gives them the best opportunity for character building success.
